Our rebuild process
- Diagnosis and compression / leak-down testing to confirm the rebuild is necessary.
- Strip-down with photo documentation and a written report of every worn component.
- Measurement of bores, crank, bearings and head; machining and honing where required.
- Genuine or OEM pistons, rings, bearings, seals, gaskets, timing components and ancillaries.
- Assembly to factory torque and clearance specifications, then run-in, road test and software adaptation.
