Händler Auto Service is an independent BMW service center in Cairo, founded in 2018 by BMW and Mercedes mechanical engineers. We service every BMW from the E-series classics to the latest G-series and M models, using factory diagnostic systems (ISTA), genuine and OEM parts, and the manufacturer's own repair procedures — at a fair price, with a written quotation before any work starts.

• Engine diagnostics and repair for all BMW engines: N20, N26, N47, N55, N63, B38, B46, B48, B58, S55, S58 and more — timing chains, oil leaks, VANOS, turbo and injector work.
• Full engine rebuilds (overhaul) measured and assembled to factory tolerances, with a 1-year warranty.
• ZF 6HP, 8HP and 9HP automatic transmission service and rebuild — we are the only authorized ZF service center for passenger cars in Egypt.
• Coding, programming and retrofits: feature activation, module programming, key programming, ECU cloning, iDrive and option retrofits.

Engine and transmission rebuilds carry a full 1-year warranty with unlimited mileage, parts and labour. Original BMW spare parts carry a 1-year warranty, MEYLE parts 2 years, other aftermarket parts 3 months — all from the invoice date.

Yes. We stock genuine BMW and OEM parts imported from Europe, and we tell you on the quotation which parts are original, OEM or aftermarket.

Will servicing at Händler affect my BMW warranty?

Service to the manufacturer's schedule using genuine parts is documented on your invoice. For cars under dealer warranty, ask our reception engineer which items are best done at the dealer.

How long does a BMW engine rebuild take?

Typically 2–4 weeks depending on the engine and parts availability. You receive a written inspection report and quotation before we start.

Can you do BMW coding and retrofits?

Yes — feature coding, module programming, key programming and factory-option retrofits are done in-house with factory tools.
